The Vinh Phuc Province Investment Climate Improvement Project was implemented to enhance investment conditions, improve infrastructure, and create a more favorable environment for business and manufacturing activities in the province.
Through the development and improvement of infrastructure supporting economic activities, the project contributes to strengthening Vinh Phuc’s investment attractiveness, enhancing its competitiveness, and promoting long-term socio-economic development.
The project received Japanese ODA financing through JICA, with a loan amount of JPY 11.718 billion. It represents an important initiative supporting Vinh Phuc in improving its industrial development conditions and establishing a more favorable and sustainable investment environment.
