We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our team and support quantity and cost management for the company’s construction projects.
Job Description
- Prepare quantity take-offs and verify quantities based on construction drawings.
- Prepare and control project cost estimates and budgets.
- Monitor construction quantities and payment and final account documentation.
- Coordinate with site management teams and contractors.
- Monitor and control additional costs arising during project implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to read construction drawings and perform quantity take-offs.
- Proficiency in office software and relevant specialized software.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible at work.
