In 2024, Thống Nhất was responsible for supervising the construction of the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) station system and connecting road at the Tan Phuc – Bai Say Interchange on National Highway 38. This important infrastructure project aims to enhance the operational capacity of the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway, reduce traffic congestion, and improve the efficiency of freight transportation.
